My personal mission is to empower people towards optimizing their full potential, by showing them how to cultivate agency and knowledge, realize and convey a value proposition, and develop surroundings promoting thrivability, in an effort to enrich our community and society.

I like to travel, be considerate of the environment (I recycle, drive a Prius, and think solar energy is awesome), informally recruit youngsters into STEM every chance I get, run half-marathons, write to-do lists, attend conferences and random seminars (you never know what you might discover), listen to podcasts while driving, learn, inspire and enable all types of educators to integrate the entrepreneurial mindset into learning experiences, meet new people, and think about the endless possibilities for reinventing higher education.
